2008–2010 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 6.4L Powerstroke | 6-Row Extruded Tube Aluminum Radiator
The 6.4 Has Two Turbos and a Reputation. Give It a Radiator That Can Keep Up.
The 6.4L Powerstroke is a twin-turbocharged engine that makes real power — and produces real heat. These trucks are notorious for pushing cooling system limits under towing, tuning, or sustained high-load use, and the factory plastic-tank radiator was never built with much headroom. If you’ve already been through one or two aftermarket replacements, you know the routine: a new radiator that looks solid in the box and leaks a year later from the same spot every time — the brazed joint between the core and the header tank.
This 6-row extruded aluminum radiator is engineered specifically for the 2008–2010 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 with the 6.4L Powerstroke. It mounts directly in the factory location with no cutting, no drilling, and no modification required.
Done replacing radiators? So are we.
Most aftermarket aluminum radiators — including well-known brands — TIG weld only the end tanks and rely on brazed joints where the core meets the header. That junction is exactly where they crack and leak under diesel heat cycling and vibration, and on the 6.4 with its elevated thermal output, the stress on that joint is constant.
Fluidyne eliminates that failure point entirely with a fully extruded aluminum core — a single-piece design with no brazed tube-to-header joints anywhere in the core. Every tank, fitting, and seam is finished with premium TIG welds throughout. The result is a radiator that is genuinely heavy duty, built to last, and engineered to be the last one you ever put in this truck.
Six rows. The most cooling capacity we build for any diesel application.
The 6-row core is the most aggressive configuration in the Fluidyne diesel lineup — and it’s here for a reason. The 6.4 runs harder than most platforms, and this unit is built to match. With a 37″ core and 2.75″ core depth, the heat rejection capacity is substantially higher than any conventional 3–4 row brazed-tube competitor. The fin pitch is optimized for the Super Duty’s factory shroud setup.
