2019–2026 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins High Output Extruded Tube Aluminum Radiator
The High Output Cummins is the most powerful engine Ram has ever put in a pickup, producing well over 1,000 lb-ft of torque and paired exclusively with the heavy-duty Aisin automatic in the 3500. That much torque means more fuel burned, more heat generated, and more demand placed on the cooling system every time the truck is hooked to a gooseneck or pulling a loaded grade. Ram built the High Output with a larger cooling package than the standard output trucks for exactly that reason, and Fluidyne built this radiator to match it and exceed it.
The core is where this radiator separates itself. Instead of the thin, stamped-and-folded tubes found in most aftermarket radiators, Fluidyne uses true extruded aluminum tubes, formed as a single continuous piece with a heavier wall section and no seams to split under pressure or vibration. Extruded tubes hold their shape under the extreme heat cycling and chassis flex that come with maximum-rated towing, and the increased wall thickness gives the core a durability margin that folded tubes cannot match. The larger High Output core footprint provides the fluid capacity and tube surface area needed to pull heat out of a 6.7L running at its full rated output for hours at a time.
The tanks are fabricated from thick-gauge aluminum sheet rather than the plastic found on the factory unit, and every tank seam, inlet, outlet, and fitting is hand TIG welded. TIG welding produces a deep, controlled penetration weld with a clean bead that resists fatigue cracking where plastic tanks, crimped seams, and cheaper welded assemblies eventually fail. This is the same fabrication standard found on purpose-built race cooling, applied to a truck that is expected to tow at its limit for hundreds of thousands of miles.
Fitment is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory High Output radiator, using the original mounting points, hose connections, and shroud location with no cutting, drilling, or modification required. Note that the High Output cooling package is specific to these trucks; standard output 2500 and 3500 models require part number RDO.1924.CUMMINS.
