2017–2024 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 6.7L Powerstroke | 4-Row Extruded Tube Aluminum Radiator
The Second-Gen 6.7 Is Ford’s Most Capable Powerstroke. Build the Cooling System to Match.
The 2017-and-up Super Duty with the second-generation 6.7L Powerstroke is a different truck from its predecessor — larger, heavier, more capable, and making up to 1,050 lb-ft of torque in top trim. Ford updated the cooling system for this generation, but the factory plastic-tank radiator still has limits, and every conventional aftermarket aluminum unit on the market shares the same fundamental construction flaw: a brazed joint where the core meets the header tank that cracks and leaks under sustained diesel heat cycling and vibration.
This 4-row extruded aluminum radiator is engineered specifically for the 2017–2024 F-250, F-350, and F-450 with the 6.7L Powerstroke. It mounts directly in the factory location with no cutting, no drilling, and no modification required.
Done replacing radiators? So are we.
Most aftermarket aluminum radiators — including well-known brands — TIG weld only the end tanks and rely on brazed joints where the core meets the header. That junction is exactly where they crack and leak. It’s not a matter of if — it’s when.
Fluidyne eliminates that failure point entirely with a fully extruded aluminum core — a single-piece design with no brazed tube-to-header joints anywhere in the core. Every tank, fitting, and seam is finished with premium TIG welds throughout. The result is a radiator that is genuinely heavy duty, built to last, and engineered to be the last one you ever put in this truck.
Four rows of dense extruded core — the largest footprint in the diesel lineup.
At 38.4″ of core width and 27.75″ of core height, this is one of the largest radiators Fluidyne produces for any diesel application. It’s sized to fill the second-gen Super Duty’s wide engine bay and maximize the cooling surface area available within the factory shroud. The fin pitch is matched to factory airflow so you’re not fighting fan clearance or heat soak issues.
