Factory aluminum transmission lines on the Allison 1000 are rigid and fixed to the factory routing, which makes them prone to chafing, corrosion, and damage from road debris over time, with no flexibility to absorb vibration or movement. This kit swaps the factory hard lines for a direct-fit 10AN steel braided line with a silicone jacket, rated to 350°F and 250psi, well past what the Allison sees even under a heavy tow.

Every fitting is a swivel, so the line can be indexed to the correct angle during install instead of fighting a fixed-angle fitting to line up with the factory routing. Fittings are black anodized for corrosion resistance and to hold up against UV and road grime over years of service, not just to match the black braided line cosmetically.
