2011–2016 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 6.7L Powerstroke | 4-Row Extruded Tube Aluminum Radiator
Ford Built the 6.7 In-House. Build Your Cooling System to Match.
The first-generation 6.7L Powerstroke was Ford’s first internally designed diesel in decades, and it arrived with strong bones — a compacted graphite iron block, a reverse-flow turbo, and a cooling system that was better thought out than the 6.0 and 6.4 it replaced. But better than its predecessors doesn’t mean overbuilt, and these trucks tow heavy, work hard, and in modified form push well past 500 horsepower. The factory radiator has limits, and so does every brazed-core aftermarket unit on the market.
This 4-row extruded aluminum radiator is engineered specifically for the 2011–2016 F-250, F-350, and F-450 with the 6.7L Powerstroke. It mounts directly in the factory location with no cutting, no drilling, and no modification required.
Done replacing radiators? So are we.
Most aftermarket aluminum radiators — including well-known brands — TIG weld only the end tanks and rely on brazed joints where the core meets the header. That junction is exactly where they crack and leak under diesel heat cycling and vibration. It’s not a matter of if — it’s when.
Fluidyne eliminates that failure point entirely with a fully extruded aluminum core — a single-piece design with no brazed tube-to-header joints anywhere in the core. Every tank, fitting, and seam is finished with premium TIG welds throughout. The result is a radiator that is genuinely heavy duty, built to last, and engineered to be the last one you ever put in this truck.
Four rows of extruded core. Built for the first-gen 6.7’s wide engine bay.
With a 38.4″ core and 27.75″ of core height, this is one of the largest units in the Fluidyne diesel lineup — sized to fill the Super Duty’s generous engine bay and maximize cooling surface area. The fin pitch is optimized for the factory shroud setup so you’re not fighting fan clearance or airflow issues.
