2021–2024 Ram TRX Extruded-Tube High-Performance Aluminum Radiator
Built for Hellcat Heat. Proven on the Track.
The Ram TRX is not a normal truck — and it doesn’t deserve a normal radiator.
If you’re tired of replacing radiators due to leaks, cracked tubes, or marginal cooling under real abuse, Fluidyne built the solution. Backed by over 30 years of elite cooling expertise, this is the ultimate radiator engineered specifically for the Hellcat-powered TRX.
NASCAR-Proven Extruded Tube Core
At the heart of this radiator is one-piece die-extruded tube core technology — the same technology we’ve trusted for decades in NASCAR radiators and oil coolers. No one in the industry has more real-world experience with extruded tube cooling systems than Fluidyne.
Unlike conventional radiator cores, our tubes are not formed and sonic-welded from flat aluminum. That common manufacturing shortcut — used by OEMs and most aftermarket brands — creates two inherent failure points:
• The sonic weld seam along the tube
• The brazed joint where that seam meets the header
Those welds crack. They leak. They fail — especially under heat, vibration, and boost.
Why Extruded Tubes Matter
Fluidyne’s tubes are die-extruded, formed by forcing molten aluminum through a precision die under extreme pressure. The result is:
• No sonic welds
• Thicker tube walls
• Far greater rigidity and crack resistance
• A larger, stronger brazing surface at the header
This eliminates the two most common radiator failure points and dramatically improves long-term durability — exactly what a supercharged 6.2L Hellcat demands.
Heavy-Duty TIG-Welded Tanks
We don’t cut corners anywhere — especially not on the tanks.
Our radiators feature the thickest aluminum tanks in the industry, allowing us to use heavier TIG filler rod on every joint. The result is a radiator that’s:
• More rigid
• More vibration-resistant
• Far more leak-resistant than thin-wall aluminum designs
• Light-years beyond the OEM crimped plastic tanks
NASCAR-Level Fin Technology
Cooling isn’t just about tubes — it’s about airflow and heat transfer.
This radiator uses over 30 years of Fluidyne fin-design expertise, incorporating the same fin technology we run in NASCAR-spec cooling systems. The result is maximum heat rejection under sustained load, whether you’re:
• Hammering through the desert
• Towing hard
• Running high boost
• Or flat-out abusing your TRX like it was meant to be
Overbuilt Mounting, Zero Compromise
Every mounting bracket and tab is precision CNC-cut, fully TIG-welded, and built with thicker material than typical aftermarket units. No spot welds. No thin stampings. No shortcuts.
This radiator is designed to fit correctly, mount solidly, and survive real-world abuse — not just look good in a catalog.
