| Q. What is the warranty on
FLUIDYNE parts? A.
FLUIDYNE products are warranteed for one year from date of purchase against defects in
manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not cover additional costs such as labor
to change the radiator, or any collateral damage.
Q. If I have a problem with my
FLUIDYNE radiator, who do I call?
A. All
warranty claims are handled by the FLUIDYNE factory in Ontario, CA. In the event that
there should be a problem, call 800-358-4396 extension 111 or 112 and you will be issued a
Returned Material Authorization number to be used to ship the product back to the factory.
Q. Can my Dealer handle my
warranty claim?
A. Yes,
depending on the circumstances. However, the Dealer will need to contact FLUIDYNE prior to
authorizing any warranty replacement. FLUIDYNE will not be responsible for any parts
returned to the factory without an RMA number.
Q. If my radiator develops a
problem, will it be repaired or will it be replaced?
A. This
option is left to the discretion of FLUIDYNE. If repairable, we will repair it and return
it to you. If it is not repairable, we will send a replacement unit.
Q. Who can I talk to if I have
specific technical questions regarding FLUIDYNE products?
A. You can
speak with our staff at either our California or North Carolina facilities. The phone
numbers are - California = 1-800-358-4396 North Carolina = 1-888-358-4396. Both are
toll-free numbers.
